Hulled Buckwheat from Poland. We offer Conventional Hulled Buckwheat and Organic Hulled Buckwheat. The seeds underwent a hulling process, where the outer husk was removed. It is often named Buckwheat Hulled Raw, Buckwheat Hulled Green, Buckwheat Hulled Unroasted, Buckwheat Hulled White or Hulled Buckwheat Groats. Our Hulled Buckwheat Groats are processed with the utmost care. Despite its name, buckwheat is a plant seed (Pseudocereal) and not a grain or type of wheat.

Uses of Buckwheat Hulled

Buckwheat Groats (hulled seeds of the buckwheat plant) are an increasingly popular, nutrient-packed ingredient. It is one of the most important grains for the functional food sector.
