The Seller is always the company that supply the goods to you (one of our Suppliers). Suppliers are also the invoicing company.

Regularly the best time to buy/contract the product is after the harvest. However, it depends on products availability and market conditions. Follow our free market reports & updates to make better purchasing decision.

Payment terms vary depending on the Supplier. Our standard term is 14 days.

Yes, we can offer fixed prices for annual contracts.

Our Suppliers holds latest quality certificates that validate their adherence to food industry standards such as: FSSC 22000, or IFS.

Organic products are sold under valid organic certificate and always with analysis confrming its organic origin.

We can offer gluten-free products, which are additionaly checked in external (accredited) laboratory by ELISA method.

We offer products without other allergens, such as mustard and soy, additionally checked in external (accredited) laboratory.

We offer various delivery options, including EXW (Ex Works) and DAP (Delivered at Place). We can also offer products on CIF, C&F or FOB basis.

We regularly need 2-3 weeks to prepare an order. However, it depends on other factors such as: complexity of the order, ordered volume, place of delivery and production schedule etc.

We can combine different products in a single delivery, streamlining your logistics and reducing costs.

We can provide standard laboratory analysis reports (such as pesticides or glyphosate) upon customer request.

We can send you samples before starting cooperation.

We welcome and encourage audits at ours Supplier’s production plants, even before starting cooperation.

We conduct laboratory analyses such us: pesticides screening, glyphosate+ampa, ochratoxin, tropan alkaloids, microbiology and heavy metals, depending on final agreement with the customers.

The expiry dates of our products vary depending on the specific item. Usually it is 12 months from production.

We source our products from Poland, and other European countries like Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, France, or Ukraine. Some products are sourced from Kazakhstan or Turkey.

Each product before its released has to be approved by our Supplier’s internal quality department.

We offer 25 kg paper bags packing or 750/1000 kg PP big bags.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. We regularly work under annual contracts with many customers providing them scheduled deliveries thoughout the year.
