Buckwheat Flour

Certified Organic and Conventional Buckwheat Flour from Poland. It is gluten-free and contains no trace allergens, including soya, nuts, mustard seeds, peanuts, milk, sesame seeds, and gluten-containing cereals. Organic buckwheat flour is processed in dedicated facility free from gluten contamination. We can offer different micronization of flour, from wholemeal to micronized flour. Minimum order quantity is 12 tons. We invite food manufacturing companies to cooperate with us.

Each produced Buckwheat flour batch has been independently tested for gluten-free value.
